Info On Tumbadi Farm House
This property is exclusive and developed with the motive to give a close look of rural India. Our farm house is located in traditional village with view to hills. Lovely sun rises and sun sets beneath the vast spread expanse of Tumbadi dam. It is completely secure and guarded property. Its is situated on the way to Madhugiri Fort and is very accessible and has direct public and private transport all round the clock. Basically it is farm house with lot of greenery around the home stay to make you feel like that you are back in time with beautiful scenery ,lush green grasslands and with homely environment to make you feel home away from home, we look forward to welcome you all.
The Farmhouse consists of3 bedrooms, a hall (equipped with Satellite TV, DVD/CD player and telephone and computer, a pooja room, a dining area, a kitchen and one one bathroom with a toilet attached to it. It has separate quarters for care takers and working staff of the farm. This farmhouse has been recently styled into a modern fully furnished vacation home, preserving all of its original rustic features. The terrace and a picturesque view of the Tumbadi and the green slopes pool area also enjoys a sun terrace and barbecue and a lot of privacy.
A fully-equipped separate kitchen and a lovely large arched dining room and lounge/ living room, complete with cable television, are also located on the ground floor. There is also an extra bathroom on the ground floor.
Access to the first floor is from an internal stone stairs and from an internal spiral staircase .
On the first floor you'll find the other three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a very large sunny terrace from where you can admire the majestic Cittadella and the valley leading to Xlendi – a nearby picturesque seaside village.
This farmhouse is beautifully furnished and delightfully blends antique and Swedish-pine furniture.
